By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

1. Use of the Platform

1.1 The Platform facilitates the recruitment of health insurance agents by providing resources, job postings, and connections to agencies or employers. 1.2 Users must:

Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and use.
Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including licensing requirements for health insurance agents.
Refrain from any unauthorized or inappropriate use of the Platform.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Users must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in their respective jurisdictions. 2.2 Agencies and employers must provide valid and accurate information about available roles.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. 3.2 Any unauthorized access or activity must be reported immediately.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 The Platform may charge fees for premium features or services. These fees will be disclosed prior to purchase. 4.2 Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

5. Termination

5.1 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts for:

Providing false or misleading information.
Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities.
Violating these Terms.

6. Liability

6.1 The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform, except as required by law. 6.2 We do not guarantee job placements or the suitability of agents or employers.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1 Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

8. Updates to the Terms

8.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be notified via a banner on the website. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
